He recently did a lot of work on our home at 2709 Vanderbilt Ave, and we are very pleased with the results. He rebuilt a large side porch, preserving all of the original details and craftsmanship. He re-glazed and restored all the original windows, replaced damaged soffit and fascia boards, painted the exterior, hung new screens and storms, and went out of his way to restore the charm of a home that needed a lot of attention. I would highly recommend him for a wide range of projects.

She is professional, organized, and attentive to detail. Her first concern is the animals' welfare; she even asks that you contact her upon your return so that she knows the animals are back under your care. You will not be disappointed with her service. And her fee is reasonable compared to some services. I highly recommend her!

Following the recommendation of a friend, who has used them several times, I just hired them to fix my aging, 12-year old furnace. They are a small outfit, but were very reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would, and made two courtesy calls afterward to be sure the repairs were effective. Fellow I worked with was named Tom, a super-nice guy who took time to troubleshoot and replace the inexpensive parts first, which I'm sure saved me several hundred dollars over what the big companies would have charged.
